Registrations for our next online auction will be available soon

In North Wales – just click on the property you are interested in and click on the log in or register button on the right hand side.  Complete the required information to set you ready to bid.  Remember – don not leave until last minute and allow plenty of time to complete the registration.

In South Wales - we have teamed up with Barnard Marcus Auctions and the easiest way to register is on their website. You must go on to the Barnard Marcus Auctions website. Click the "Register to bid online at the Auction" button on the homepage this will take you through to the auction passport.

Please note that when you register to bid an initial deposit payment totalling £6,250.00 (being £5,000 as the deposit payment and £1,250.00 inclusive of VAT as the Auctioneers Contract Documentation Charge) will be required before approval to bid is granted.

Alternatively you can bid by Telephone or Proxy (where we bid on your behalf up to an agreed limit). Download the Registration Form from the Barnard Marcus Auctions website, complete and email to by the deadline.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you were registered to bid in a previous auction you will need to login and request reauthorisation of your account and pay the above mentioned deposit in order to bid in this auction.
