"Having had no first hand experience of selling property by auction I didn’t know what to expect. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with the outcome, the price achieved, no chain and, once the hammer went down, a guaranteed sale. I would like to thank the Barry branch and the auction team for their support and reassurances that this was the right road to go down, which it certainly was in these difficult market conditions."
